Specially designed to fit the BA size Nano Shield Kit, the Nano Shield Windjammer from Rycote uses high-quality synthetic fur for effective wind protection and noise attenuation up to 50 dB. Rycote is the original inventor of the windjammer since 1987, and the Nano Shield windjammers continue Rycote’s long tradition of providing specially designed wind protection that produces excellent, professional-quality audio recordings.

This 21.1 cm Nano Shield Windjammer fits snuggly over Nano Shield configurations with BA basket halves, secured through a drawstring and toggle. The specifically chosen materials are manufactured in a way as to minimise wind noise as much as possible while leaving high-frequencies completely untouched, producing natural sounding recordings.
