Because we do not use multiple warehouses or third-party fulfillment centers, every order receives the same careful attention regardless of when you purchase.

Processing Overview

Processing begins immediately after payment confirmation. The standard processing duration is 48 hours.

During processing, your order moves through the following stations:

  • Order entry into warehouse management system
  • Picking list generated and assigned to staff
  • Items retrieved from barcode-labeled shelf locations
  • Cart transported to packing station
  • Each item scanned against order for verification
  • Quality check performed on every product
  • Items placed into shipping container
  • Protective filler added based on item fragility
  • Container sealed with tamper-evident tape
  • Package weighed on calibrated scale
  • Shipping label printed with unique tracking number
  • Label applied to package exterior
  • Package moved to outbound holding zone
  • Package scanned into carrier manifest file

Processing days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 2 PM local time may be considered next-day processing starts. Weekends and holidays do not count toward the 48 hours estimate.

Shipping Overview

Shipping begins when the carrier scans your package during pickup. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 businessday after pickup.

Your package moves through these shipping stages:

  • Carrier vehicle arrives at scheduled pickup time
  • Driver scans each package using mobile device
  • Packages loaded onto truck in loading sequence
  • Transport to local carrier terminal
  • Unload and sort by destination region
  • Load onto outbound trailers by zone
  • Trailer transport to regional sortation hub
  • Sort by three-digit zip code prefix
  • Load onto long-distance trucks or air containers
  • Interstate or intercontinental transport
  • Arrival at destination metro area hub
  • Sort by specific zip code and route
  • Load onto local delivery vehicle
  • Driver scan before route departure
  • Delivery to your specified address
  • Final scan by driver upon completion

The 3-5 businessday estimate applies to standard ground service. Expedited services such as two-day or overnight shipping may be available for an additional fee. Check the shipping options during checkout.

Understanding Combined Timelines

To avoid disappointment, please understand that processing and shipping happen one after the other, not at the same time.

Total delivery time = 48 hours (processing) + 3-5 businessday (shipping)

Worked example with specific numbers: Suppose you order on a Monday. Processing takes 48 hours business days. If 48 hours equals 3, your order ships on Thursday. Shipping takes 3-5 businessday business days. If 3-5 businessday equals 4, your order arrives on Wednesday of the following week. The calendar days between Monday and next Wednesday include weekends, but only business days count toward the estimates.

If your order processes faster than the 48 hours estimate, your package will ship earlier and deliver earlier than the calculation above. We make every effort to process orders as quickly as possible.

Tracking Information Access

You will receive tracking information via email as soon as the carrier scans your package at our facility. This scan typically occurs on the final day of the 48 hours processing window.

After receiving your tracking number, please be aware that the carrier’s tracking system may show “Label Created” or “Pre-Shipment” for up to 24 hours. This is normal and does not indicate a problem. Actual tracking scans will appear once your package reaches the carrier’s first sorting facility. If your tracking status has not changed after 48 hours, please contact our support team for assistance.

Factors That Extend Delivery

Several factors can cause delivery to exceed the 48 hours + 3-5 businessday combined estimate:

  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
  • Missing apartment number, floor number, or suite designation
  • Winter storms including blizzards, freezing rain, and ice accumulation
  • Natural disasters such as hurricanes, floods, or wildfires
  • Peak holiday season from Thanksgiving week through early January
  • Major sales events that increase carrier volume significantly
  • Carrier equipment failures or system outages
  • Local facility closures due to weather or staffing shortages
  • Package sent to wrong sorting facility due to scanning error
  • Delivery attempted when recipient was not available
  • Signature required and no one was present to sign
  • Package delivered to neighboring address by mistake
  • Customs holds for international orders requiring documentation
  • Remote or rural delivery locations with limited carrier service
