Overview
The JRT MB2A-Modbus 60m laser distance sensor module implements Modbus RTU over an RS485 interface for integration with PLC controllers and Arduino. This laser distance sensor module supports continuous measurement and digital output, delivering 1mm accuracy over a 0.03~60m range for automatic induction electrical equipment, industrial automation, warehousing logistics, and intelligent transportation.
It uses a Class II laser (620~690nm, <1mW) and measures in millimeters with 3Hz update rate and 0.3~4s measurement time. The compact 45*25*12mm module operates from DC 2.5~3.3V, weighs 9g, and is designed for stable, high-precision distance measurement and control with PLC systems via Modbus RTU.
