TRX-4M bridges the gap between the small crawler scene and 1/10 scale quality and performance. Oil-filled shocks, steel frame rails, and a smooth running drivetrain give it true outdoor capability over rocks and through grass and streams. The tight turning radius and precise throttle control give it fantastic indoor maneuverability.

Heavy-Duty Steel Ladder Frame

TRX-4M performs like a full-size crawler because its built like one. A rigid steel ladder frame virtually eliminates flex to put more power to the ground. The steel frame rails are taller through the middle section for increased strength where its needed most.

Trail-Ready Chassis and Driveline

TRX-4M rides on a sophisticated four-link suspension with heavy-duty linkages. Spool-equipped solid axles supply non-stop climbing power to all four wheels with excellent articulation to climb over the toughest obstacles. Heavy-duty telescoping center driveshafts send the motors torque to the axles with a smooth-running CV design.

Tight Turning Radius

TRX-4M outmaneuvers much smaller trucks thanks to its exceptional 45 steering anglean impressive feat considering its larger and more versatile size.

Detailed ABS Body

Constructed out of tough ABS, TRX-4M bodies faithfully capture all the details of the full-size Defender in exacting 1/18 scale. Tinted windows, spare tire carriers, and other molded body accessories give TRX-4M a truly authentic appearance.

LED Driving Lights

TRX-4Ms standard LED driving lights create new avenues for fun as you challenge your driving skills through sofa-cushion tunnels or over garden obstacles when the sun goes down.

Soft-Compound Tires

TRX-4Ms larger 1/18 size puts more rubber to the ground for exceptional off-road performance. Detailed wheels and tires are sized just right to carry TRX-4M up and over real-world obstacles with a stunning scale appearance.

Innovative New Electronics

The all-in-one ECM-2.5 incorporates all the features of an XL-5 speed control, TQ receiver, and Pro Scale Lighting Control Module into one sleek waterproof package. The ECM-2.5 features three realistic driving modes with smooth, precise control and outstanding throttle response.

High Capacity LiPo Battery and Fast Charger

A high-capacity 750 mAh 2-cell LiPo battery provides over an hour of runtime with 7.4 volts of high-performance power and Traxxas iD safety and simplicity. The included USB-powered charger provides quick and reliable fast charging at up to 2-amps of charging capability.

TQ Transmitter

TRX-4M comes with a full-size TQ transmitter for all-day comfort, reliability, and precise long-range control.

Pro-Scale Lighting Functions

Easily add accessory brake lights, reverse lights, headlights, and more by simply installing the Pro Scale LED light kit and plugging it into the ECM. The lighting control functions are already built in to the ECM-2.5.
