The V5+ AutoPilot is an advanced autopilot for academic and commercial integrators. Designed by CUAV in collaboration with the PX4 team. Based on the Pixhawk FMUv5 open hardware design. a highly modular board using Pixhawk standard pinouts for its external interface. allowing for carrier board integration. Out of the box pre-installed with PX4 Open Source Autopilot. and fully supported by ArduPilot.

The detachable CUAV V5+ Core Design features a modular form factor. allowing for easy integration into various projects. The kit includes both the ‘core’ module and baseboard. which can be installed directly into your desired application.

The CUAV V5+ features a built-in shock absorption system designed to withstand various extreme environmental conditions. providing enhanced robustness and reliability.

CUAV is a silver member of Dronecode; and committed to promote the PX4 open source project . iX4 OUtOPiLOt interfaces are designed according to official standards to ensure compatibility and interoperability .

the flight controller monitors the multi-channel sensor data in real time . it performs redundant switching immediately in the event of a fault . improving flight safety and stability .

VS+ selects the faster STM3ZF 765 processor with better performance . the clock speed is higher; the RAM is larger; and the speed will be greatly improved .

The CUAV V5+ flight controller supports Real-Time Kinematic (RTK) positioning. enabling accurate centimeter-level navigation and precision control when paired with an RTK module (sold separately).
