The Universal Holder A attaches to stands that have a 5/8 stud. It enables the adjusting of pan and tilt for a light and most importantly it has a receiver for holding an umbrella. The Holder has one 5/8 female receiver on the top and bottom. The bottom female receiver can be used either vertically or horizontally, whether being mounted vertically on a stud or horizontally on the arm of a c-stand.
