The McDonnell Douglas F-15E Strike Eagle is an American all-weather multi-role combat aircraft derived from the McDonnell Douglas F-15 Eagle. The F-15E was developed in the 1980s for long-range and high-speed patrols without relying on escort aircraft or electronic warfare aircraft.
The Strike Eagle was used for military operations in Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria and Libya, among others.
