The Maschinenmensch, the fictional robot from Fritz Langs silent film Metropolis, was originally played by German actress Brigitte Helm.
From the movie ”Metropolis” released in 1927, this model kit is based on one of the most iconic scenes in the movie.
A plethora of cables are connected to the main body as the current flows, halos appear and intersect fiercely, activating the heart. This scene in which Maria is finally transferred to the Maschinenmensch is a famous scene in the history of science fiction movies.
